Delete your account
You can delete your DawaLens account and the data linked to it at any time. Here’s what gets removed and how to do it.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in identity (including your email, if added)
- Your health profile — name, age, gender, location, conditions, allergies, medicines
- Your food diary and nutrition logs
- Your activity history (scans and related records)
This cannot be undone. Anonymous, non-personal data used to keep the service running (such as shared lookup caches that contain no information about you) is not linked to your identity and is not affected.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
Open DawaLens, go to your Profile, and choose Delete account. Your account and data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion here
If you can’t use the app, enter the email associated with your account below and we’ll process the deletion within 30 days. We may email you to confirm ownership before deleting.
